Who we are

ALFA BUSINESS SERCICES LTD ("we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16369715, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. What we collect

When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, company name or website (if you give it) and the content of your message. Our web host may also automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, in server logs used for security and troubleshooting.

If we become your agency, we will also process information needed to manage your Google Ads account, such as account access details, billing contacts and campaign performance data. This is covered by our client agreement.

How and why we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry and to provide any services you ask for. Under UK GDPR, our lawful bases are:

• Consent, which you give when submitting the contact form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
• Contract, where we need the information to provide services to you or to take steps before entering into a contract.
• Legitimate interests, for keeping the website secure and keeping business records.
• Legal obligation, where we must keep records for tax and accounting purposes.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Cookies

This website only uses a session cookie that is strictly necessary for the contact form to work and protect it from spam. It is deleted when you close your browser. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our web hosting and email providers, and our accountants. They may only use it on our instructions. When we manage Google Ads for clients, relevant data is processed by Google under its own terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

Some of our providers may store data outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that don't lead to work for up to 12 months. Client records are kept for six years after our relationship ends, to meet legal and accounting requirements. Server logs are kept for no longer than 90 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
